·  What language should the programs be in?

  • All programs must be conducted in Telugu. Content should be appropriate for a family-friendly event, adhering to the cultural and traditional norms.

·  Can I wear attire from other cultures during the performance?

  • No, adherence to Telugu culture and attire is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

·  How are programs selected for the event?

  • The TAGB cultural committee selects programs based on quality, diversity, and relevance to Telugu culture. The committee's decision is final.

·  Is there a limit on the number of participants in each category?

  • Yes, to promote diversity, there is a limit on the number of participations in a given category.

·  What happens if the registration slots are filled before the deadline?

  • TAGB may close the registration process early if all available time slots are filled. It's encouraged to submit entries as early as possible.

·  What is the preference between group and solo programs?

  • Group programs are generally given preference. Solo programs may be considered if they are of exceptional quality.

·  What are the time restrictions for different types of programs?

  • Film dances should not exceed 5 minutes, and innovative programs should not exceed 15 minutes, unless waived by the cultural committee for programs of exceptional merit.

·  What should I do if my chosen song is already selected by another participant?

  • If repetitions occur, you will be requested to change your item or song. Songs are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

·  Can a participant be involved in multiple programs?

  • Yes, participants can be involved in multiple programs but must register separately for each, providing full information for each entry.

·  What happens if I miss my scheduled performance time?

  • If you do not report on time, you will forfeit your time slot and will not be accommodated at a later time. TAGB enforces the schedule strictly to ensure fairness to all participants.

·  How and when should I submit audio/video files for my program?

  • Audio/video files should be submitted after your program is accepted by the cultural committee, which will provide further instructions for uploading the files.

·  What should I do if my entry is received after the registration deadline?

  • Entries received after the deadline may or may not be accommodated, depending on the program length and availability.

·  Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns about the event?

  • If your program is not selected, the cultural committee encourages you to resubmit your entry for consideration at the next TAGB event.

·  What is the duration of the event, and when will my slot be scheduled?

  • The program will run for about 7 to 8 hours. The exact timing of your slot within this timeframe will be determined by the cultural committee and communicated after registration.

·  How should I make payment for the registration?

  • Please make payment only after receiving confirmation from the cultural committee, which will also provide instructions on how to proceed.
