By the direction from TAGB Board of Trustees Chairman and President and Executive Committee, TAGB Governing board is pleased to invite you all to the Annual General Body meeting of TAGB to be held on 9/29/2024 at 17 Willow Street, Westborough MA 01581 at 2 PM.
Please propose any changes you might want to in the by-laws by following the general process.

Please find below is tentative agenda. Please mark your calendar and make every effort to attend the meeting. Your attendance and participation will make this productive and makes TAGB grow stronger.
Agenda:
BOT Chairman (10 min)
· Welcomes the guests and opens the meeting
· Introduces the BOT members, invites Vice Chair to the podium, and members of the BOT appointed committees
· Welcomes the TAGB President to speak about the state of the organization.
President (5 min)
· Introduces the EC members
· Presents an overview of TAGB in 2023
· Success of the events held so far and future events of the year
Secretary (5 min)
· Presents status of TAGB membership
Treasurer (5 min)
· Presents the audited financial statement of TAGB
Cultural Secretary (5 min)
· Report on TAGB cultural or other activities
