The Election Committee has met on October 28th, 2018, and decided the schedule and other details of the TAGB elections.

Schedule:
Announcement of Elections: November 9, 2018 (Friday)
Nomination (Receive date): December 3, 2018 (Monday)
Last Date for withdrawal of nomination: December 10, 2018 (Monday)
Ballots to be mailed by: December 20, 2018 (Thursday)
Voting (Received) by: January 5, 2019 (Saturday)
Counting and Results: January 12, 2019 (Saturday)
All nominations must be received with a nonrefundable fee of $125.00 (payable to TAGB) by the receive date at the address given in the Nomination form. Election Committee will process all nominations and announce the list of final contestants for each position. If there are multiple nominations for any given position(s), then Election Committee will announce the names of the contesting candidates for each position. If there are no multiple contestants, then Election Committee will announce the name of the nominee as elected without contest.
