• All ticket submission should be accompanied with valid payment for confirmation of the trip 
• All tickets to be purchased online and payments to be done online only.
• No tickets will be sold at check in
• This is a timed event, please arrive promptly for check in at the published time and place.
• Valid picture Id and Proof of payment must be presented at check-in.

By Purchasing the tickets I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns, remise, release, acquit and forever discharge Telugu Association of Greater Boston (TAGB)  its agents, employees, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, insurers and attorneys (hereinafter referred to collectively as “THE RELEASEES”),  from any and all bodily injury claims, demands, damages, costs, attorney’s fees, expenses and compensation which I now have or which I may ever have against THE RELEASEES, both in LAW AND EQUITY, with regard to the trip occurring on Aug 20^th 2017 in Boston, Massachusetts.
